What we do
Our Company conducts Occupational Health Medicals On-Site in Nelson Mandela Metro (PE/Uitenhage),Sunday's River Valley and Eastern Cape for Fitness Certification of your employees as per legislation.
We can assist with the following Occupational medical examinations:
- Construction Medicals: The construction industry with the update of Construction Regulation, 2014 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, requires risk-based medical surveillance examinations of all construction workers to ensure health and safety . (Medical Fitness Certificates, namely Annexure 3, Construction Regulations, 2014)
- Transport, Logistics and Warehouse Medicals (Drivers Medicals): Medical surveillance of workers operating driven machinery is required to ensure worker is fit to work and prevent serious accidents ;(Including Fork Lift Drivers)
- Food Handlers Medicals: Regular medical surveillance of food handlers is important to prevent food-borne diseases due to
- Agriculture & Abattoir Medicals: Medical surveillance are required in this sector to ensure farm worker’s and food handlers’ fitness to work, and ensure the safety of foods (Citrus industry )
- Engineering and Manufacturing Medicals: This is a high risk of exposure to the employee sector, Annual Medical surveillance and Biological Monitoring of workers is paramount to prevent Occupational injuries and diseases. Exposure: Noise, chemicals, dust, fumes, electrical and mechanical hazards, biological hazards.
- Cleaning and Hygiene Medicals: Annual medical surveillance required for cleaning and hygiene workers
- Height Medicals: Pre-employment, Periodic, Transfers and Exit medical (Medical Surveillance)
- Tests include: Hearing test ,vision screening (Snellen ,Keystone ) ,Lung function test, Height / Weight ratio
BMI, Blood glucose, Blood pressure,urine test, Physical exam, questionnaires,and Multi drug test requests
